Chakra Canvas:
Channeling Energy Through Art
“Let your brush be guided by your soul.”
A 7-week guided experience to awaken your inner artist,
align your chakras, and channel healing through color.
Whether you’re a seasoned artist or this is your first time picking up a brush, this journey will spark something powerful within you.
If you’ve been wondering how to maintain physical, mental, and spiritual harmony, the answer lies in your energy centers—
your chakras.
While meditation, yoga, and crystal healing are common paths to alignment, there’s a beautiful, often-overlooked method: painting.
Art can move emotions, shift energy, and heal you on levels words can’t touch.
You already know that colors carry energy. You might wear a certain color when you want to feel bold, calm, or sensual.
You might place specific crystals around your home to bring in more peace, protection, or love.
But have you ever considered painting your intentions into being?
Lately, I’ve been drawn to oranges and blues—colors tied to the sacral chakra (creativity and pleasure) and the throat chakra (authentic expression).
It’s no coincidence.
Art helps you channel what your energy body is craving.
By understanding the colors, symbols, and emotions linked to each chakra, you’ll learn to create meaningful artwork that heals you—and your space—on a vibrational level.
Your chakras are more than energy centers—they’re a living, breathing roadmap to your physical, emotional, and spiritual harmony.
When your chakras are in balance, life flows more smoothly: your emotions stabilize, your body feels stronger, and your intuition becomes a trusted guide.
Each chakra resonates with a unique color, element, mantra, and even certain body systems.
When you create with intention—using color, shape, and energetic focus—you’re not just painting.
You’re recalibrating your entire being.

When you choose colors instinctively—or find yourself repeatedly drawn to certain shades—it’s often your body and soul speaking to you.
-
Gravitating toward green and pink? Your heart might be opening (or asking for healing).
-
Can’t stop using blue? Your throat chakra could be calling for more expression or truth.
-
Feeling a pull to orange? Your sacral chakra may be ready to awaken your creativity or release old emotional blocks.
You can even paint with intention—choosing colors that support a specific chakra you want to nurture. For example:
-
Want more courage? Try a fiery red Root Chakra canvas.
-
Seeking clarity or intuitive connection? Channel indigo and violet into a dreamy Third Eye piece.
-
Calling in more joy and confidence? A bold yellow Solar Plexus sunburst may be just the thing.
Sometimes your color cravings reveal which energy centers are thriving—or needing support.
Want to spice up your love life? Maybe a fiery red painting belongs in the bedroom. 😉
I’m 62 years old, a single dad of two amazing kids, and loving life more than ever.
My background? I’ve got a Master’s in Computer Science, studied Electrical Engineering, and worked in New York City until one intuitive nudge changed everything. Just three months before graduation, I walked away and moved to Montreal. That decision launched my spiritual journey.
Since then, I’ve trained in meditation, developed my intuitive healing abilities, and have been working as a Master Blueprint Numerologist for over 30 years.
But I never expected art to become one of my great joys. That began in 2017, when a client invited me to a paint night. I almost said no. “I’m not a painter,” I thought. But something inside said yes—and I’m so glad I listened.
That night changed everything. I painted five pieces that year. The next year, 85. Since then, over 200.
I had never picked up a paintbrush before that party. I couldn’t draw, didn’t go to galleries, and never thought of myself as an artist.
If I can do it, so can you.

It Was Remarkable at How the Energy Changed

The Chakra Canvas Program was one of my favourites. During the program, I learned another way of painting to express and shift emotions. The result was an improved ability to get out of my head and allow my guidance to take over. I feel that the art I created from this program was much more expressive and creative than what I had done before. I very much enjoyed each class and repeated the process of each chakra painting at least once mid-week to shift emotions: it was remarkable at how the energy changed. I look very forward to listening to the recordings and repeating the process over the summer. Thank you Joseph!!!
